Reports of incidents requiring a response by the DNREC Emergency Response Team, the State Emergency Response Team or the Enforcement Section are handled by the Division of Air and Waste Management's TOLL-FREE 24-HOUR COMPLAINT LINES.
During normal business hours, the phones are answered at the Enforcement Office in Dover. On weekends, holidays, and after hours, environmental complaint lines are answered by the Kent County 911 Center.
